There is an abundance of building sites available for development within the county. Four industrial and technology parks are located in Beltrami County.
Bemidji Industrial Park
This 250-acre industrial park is located on the south edge of Bemidji and is supplied with all paved roads and full utilities. Lots vary in size from one acre to 20 acres. Bemidji Technology Park
